A few clear expectations.

Credits apply to ReelBloom only. 100 credits create one fifteen-second, audio-free MP4 clip. Your first available preview is an opening-frame image, not a video. Each new creation is a separate generation.

Delivery and credits

Completed creations remain available for 7 days. Download them to keep them. Failed generations return the reserved allowance. If the provider did not acknowledge a submission, the credit stays reserved while we check its status; it is not automatically submitted again.

Refunds and support

Used credits and downloaded digital results are normally non-refundable. Contact support@reelbloomvideo.com about unused credits, duplicate payments or a delivery problem. Any rights required by applicable law remain. Refunds or payment disputes may remove the corresponding credits from your balance.

Your content

Use only content you have permission to submit. Do not use the service to impersonate people, create non-consensual sexual content, or infringe others’ rights. AI results can vary and may contain mistakes. Logo concepts are not trademark-cleared, exclusive designs. We do not claim affiliation with model providers or viral-video creators.
